As our new HR Generalist, you will provide a wide range of general HR support to SiemensGamesa’s employees and other relevant stakeholders from all business divisions and within the HR function.
The HR Service Generalist position administer and coordinates incoming queries, provide HR information and performing transactional tasks ultimately resolving any outstanding queries and/or critical incidents related to The Netherlands and Belgium.You will become part of a dynamic team, working closely with 3rd party providers, this position ensures high quality of HR Services for the full HR life cycle of processes (e.g.
Workforce Administration, Payroll, Time administration, Admin of public Refunds, Compensation, Benefits and Absence etc.)How to contribute to our visionIn this position you will work closely with both local and global HR teams across the organization.
You will process and coordinate the incoming inquiries and respond to general HR questions from employees and team members.
Furthermore, you will process and coordinate all incoming orders and maintain the data in Workday and our SAP systems.
You will work directly with the Head of Local Services and/or HR Country Head for process improvement/enhancements.The role will require you to support the processes associated to the full HR life cycle from hire to retire as well as perform workforce administration inquiries and orders.
As a person you should be able to take ownership and timely resolution of queries that have not been resolved at the first level of inquiry.Further responsibilities in this role will include:
Processing benefits request and administer annual open benefits enrollmentKeep oneself updated on any legal or regulatory changes that affect the country processesManage relationship with 3rd party providers and address process improvement potentials within local HR (service) team and global HR service communityCollaborate in partnership with Head of Local HR Services and the Global HR Services team for continuous improvement initiatives related to Workday, BPO provider, Payroll, and overall evolving country requirements.Ensure timely and accurate coordination with the rest of the local country HR Services for an interrelated topic.What you need to make a differenceTo be successful in this position, you preferably have a degree within Business, HR, Management or similar.
Furthermore, you should have extended professional working experience (at least 10 years), preferably in operational HR or a similar role as well as strong communication skills and customer service orientation.Knowledge of HR administration processes is needed for this position.
You have a problem-solving approach with a “can do” attitude.
You will be handling large amount of data and it is expected that you have experience in data analytics as well as data handling.You are able to maintain confidential data and to work efficient and independently and have proven stakeholder management skills allowing you to be able to deal with a wide variety of people, locally and regionally.As a person you are self-motivated and team oriented.
