You have a keen eye for HR tools and innovation.
You are able to guide the company on to the next level in professionalization and digitalization.
As HR Director you will also develop and advocate for the companies ESG policy throughout the organization.
You act as sparring partner with the CEO to drive an innovative HR and ESG vision and strategy.
Ready to take ownership and initiatives You have successfully completed a master's degree or have equivalent HR professional experience.
At least 15 years of experience and 5 years in a HR leadership role.
Experience in a scientific oriented environment is a strong bonus.
You have experience working on management level or aspire to work on c-level.
Preferably you have an experience with developing HR strategy and change management in a growing environment.
You are a strong believer in digital HR tools and advocate for ESG.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are a born leader as well as a people manager being close to people while also giving them autonomy.
Indeed, you get energy from coaching and working with your team.
You can adapt your leadership style to work with diverse profiles and can motivate people to grow.
