Talent Acquisition, Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:

Leading your own searches or in collaboration with the HR Advisor, you will ensure a memorable end to end recruitment service for the business ensuring Louis Vuitton attracts and recruits talented and high performing professionals in the most candidate centric, innovative, and timely way.By developing innovative and engaging talent attraction strategies, you will directly recruit through the utilization of all available tools (including social media) ensuring that all open roles are successfully filled and with the most appropriate hire.

Working in close partnership with our Management team, you will deliver responsive and effective HR services, notably on:

Being accountable for the implementation of the business strategy, and the close monitoring of resources planning and FTE.Supporting all development conversation, succession and mobility plans while also deploying proactive employee relations and employee engagement strategies throughout the business.Rolling out the annual HR process such as salary and performance reviews, talents review or succession planning.

You bring people together and are capable to manage the expectations of all stakeholders.

In this sense, you proactively identify and manage Employees relations with the objective to come up with win-win solutions for both business and employees and ensuring that ER cases are resolved without escalations.

Together with your HR team members, you are the master of HR Admin for your scope:

Ensuring data accuracy in all HRIS, a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, while digitalizing as many actions as possible.Together with the Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate data collection and processing, so employees can enjoy all their compensation and perks at the right time and in the right way.Finally, you will contribute to all relevant updates and analyzing HR trends internally and externally, while maintaining LV’s compliance with any rule in vigor.

Based on your previous experiences and aspirations, you take on the lead on transversal HR topics such as CSR, Employee wellbeing, DEI, H&S or Social Relations / Elections Profile To be successfully in this role, you display a combination of the following traits and skills:

Prior experience of 5 years in human resources, preferably in the Retail or service sector;Highly motivated individual who is hands-on, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You like to think out of the box, are comfortable multi-tasking and are highly organized.You are agile, have a strong sense of service working with multi-cultural teams where your ability to listen and make rational analysis of a situation are well known strengths.You are curious and want to understand the behind-the-scenes of the most important brand in the industry.Approachable, you possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively and adjusting your message to get the buy-in of very varied audiences.You hold an advanced knowledge and practice of Belgian employment law, payroll & regulations.
