You are the first point of contact for all HR-related topics.
Function You are the contact person for all employees for one of our departments.
In particular, you are involved in selecting and integrating new employees, monitoring career and/or salary development, managing absences, applying social legislation and HR administration.
You are also involved in various HR projects.
You are fully aware of the situation in your department and are constantly developing your relationships with employees in the field, their managers, the union delegation and colleagues in the HR department.
You are responsible for the effective implementation of human resources objectives and agreements, in line with Audi's HR strategy.
You maintain a constructive dialogue with the social partners.
You provide advice and guidance to managers on the correct application of agreements and social legislation.
You take part in various social consultations.
You answer the concrete needs of the company and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Profile You have a Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
You have several years' experience and knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
You have strong social skills, excellent communication skills and a good team spirit.
You are flexible towards unforeseen situations, take easily initiatives and work independently.
You have a customer-focused and pragmatic approach.
You have a good command of spoken and written French and Dutch.
Knowledge of German is a plus, or at least the desire to develop this skill.
