Develop and maintain a relationship with employees:
Act as the main point of contact and troubleshooter for employees on human resources issues (Payroll, Fleet, Training, administrative,…)Be a strategic partner:
Working with managers and executives to understand business needs and provide HR advice to support the achievement of business objectives.Manage the employee Lifecycle:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, skills development, internal mobility….
Compliance and employment legislation:
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and ethical HR practices, in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.Key Selection Criteria:
You have experience in a similar position and an experience in Belgian social laws, knowledge of social law in the Netherlands is a plusA fluent level of English & French is required, knowledge of Dutch is a plusYou have solid communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.You have a proven ability to work independently, manage cross-functional HR projects and collaborate actively with a range of stakeholders.You have a good command of office tools (Office suite at least)You are known for your sense of service, your enthusiasm and your rigorYou are dynamic and positiveYou are not afraid of learning and multitaskingYou have a degree in Human Resources (Bac+3 or Bac+5)What's in it for You:
