The role will report to the HR BusinessPartner for VaccinesManufacturing Operations and Quality and support the Packaging, Visual Inspection and the Logistics and Warehouse departments as a trusted partner to the business to drive business change, impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive the Vaccines people agenda and deliver against priorities, holding a strong understanding of the VaccinesbusinessYou will demonstrate a true understanding of our HR model to coach and develop line managers to deliver business priorities supported by local policies and processes Develop pragmatic solutions to address complex local business issues and leveraging wider the HR Resources to support delivery Diagnose and / or deliver change projects in line with the HR agendaUtilise digital, data and analytics tools and processes to gain forward looking insights to diagnose issues and inform execution of the people strategyCoach leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management.Basic qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree level in Human Resources or equivalent or experience in HR related disciplinesProven HR experience in a manufacturing environmentHR experience in various HR functional areas i.e.
organisation development, change management, employee relations, etc.Ability to negotiate and influence through communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation including with Unions representativesAbility to interact with business leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels within the businessAbility to work in a complex, matrix environmentAgility, adaptability, stress-resistentFluency in French is an absolute must, both written and spoken.Good command of English written and spoken.Preferred qualifications:
Ability to act as an internal consultant through diagnosis, coaching, workshops and training facilitation, etc.HR experience in a manufacturing environment in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, industrial, aeronautical, automotive, etc.Exposure to QA/QC populationsDemonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skillsCritical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issuesAbility to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the companyAbility to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritise projects concurrentlyProvide and demonstrate change management leadershipIntegrity and ethicsDE&I Ally.Application closing date:
