Your responsibilities:
- As HR BusinessPartner, you understand the needs and challenges of the business and translate them into concrete expectations and initiatives.
You guide the managers in monitoring their teams, anticipate problems and make proactive proposals.
- You continue developing on the optimal working relations and a constructive working climate and are the contact person for all employees in your departments.
- You are committed to ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains and evolve the right talents. - You participate in effective succession planning with the necessary development efforts.
- You take ownership of a number of HR Processes and projects that fit within the strategic HR Plan and communicate this within the organisation.
- You stay up-to-date with regard to changes in relevant legislation and general trends.
You proactively anticipate the possible impact on our business.
- You communicate regularly with your individual employees, line managers and management. - You are reporting to the VP HR. - You can look back on a solid relevant generalist HR experience in various HR domains (social legislation, performance & talent management, social relations, recruitment, ..

).
- You have strong analytical skills and a good learning ability to familiarise yourself with our complex organisation.
- As point of contact for all employees and management of your departments, you can rely on good listening skills and coaching skills to face various challenges together.
- With your structured and planned approach, you excel in streamlining processes and contribute to shaping, refining and implementing the strategic HR Plan.
- You love taking initiative and spontaneously come up with improvement proposals.
- As you will be working in an international company, you communicate efficiently in English and Dutch.
