*As an integral part of our international HR Business Partner – HR Advisor team, you'll be delivering top-notch support to our internal clients – our divisions, people managers, and employees.
Picture yourself as the go-to guru for all things HR-related, collaborating with a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
You’ll be dedicated to the Client Business and Strategy Division, currently under Valérie Urbain (Sales and Client Relationship division, Product Strategy & Innovation division, Client Franchise Value division, Client Experience division).

*Your Daily Subjects Include:
* Guiding people managers on HR policies and processes, ensuring they're up to speed and compliant.
Handling complex employee queries with finesse and timeliness.
Rolling out exciting HR projects alongside our passionate P&C teams.
Supporting your dedicated Divisional portfolio with their People projects.
Partnering with various stakeholders across the company, from business line management to employee representatives.
*What You Bring to the Table:
* 5 to 8 years of demonstrable experience in HR, but don't worry if you're not a perfect match – passion and an appetite for learning count for a lot! A solid understanding of various HR domains and procedures or eagerness to learn it well and fast, with a willingness to dive into Belgian social law if you're not already familiar.
A curiosity about managing complex situations and working with diverse stakeholders.
Collaboration is your DNA.
Learner by doing, hands ‘on, and able to manage ambiguity Superb communication skills and proficiency in English, with Dutch and/or French as a bonus.
An affinity for working in a commercial or product-driven environment is a plus.
