Based in Belgium, you will be the HR point person for the BELUX Sales & Back-Office operation, with additional responsibilities for the Northern European Hub.Responsibilities 1.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.• Expert in running Belgium Payroll and contingent for NL and UK Payrolls.• Collaborate with HR specialists and business partners to ensure seamless execution of HR transactions.2.
HR Policy Implementation:
• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized HR policies and procedures.• Provide guidance to employees and managers on policy interpretation and compliance.3.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS.• Generate regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support decision-making.4.
Employee Relations:
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.• Work closely with SharedServices team members to escalate and resolve complex employee relations matters.5.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SharedServices HR function.• Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements and streamline HR processes.6.
Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and industry standards.• Support internal and external HR audits as needed.Education/ Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in HR roles, with a focus on sharedservices or HR operations.Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology platforms.Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
(specifically Belgium, training will be provided for other markets)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Fluent in Dutch&English.
French is nice to have.
