You make sure evolution plans are set up, approved and implemented.
As a Governance key figure you guide the IT departments on their expenses and staff variation through your tools.
You will partner closely with IT responsible and other business units who you interact with (finance, HR, etc.).
You are also the guarantor of our IT governance coming from BNP Personal Finance (our parent company of the BNP group)This position reports to the CIO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Head of IT Governance is responsible for:
The IT budget management and monitoring, with the key objectives to defining the IT budget, monitor the IT Cash out spend, manage the IT P&L with Finance stakeholders.Therefore :
You design, make the forecast and review the effective budget for IT departments aligned with the BNP Paribas WiSer framework You analyze financial information to ensure all operations, investments and IT costs are within budget You identify vacancies between actual and budgeted financial results.
You present monthly Year to date figures and Quaterly Actu to senior managers.
You ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines You design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures The IT sourcing strategy, with the key objectives to align the IT resource model with the IT delivery strategy and optimize the external costs with IT suppliers To do this :
You maintain and update the IT Operating Model You analyse and calculate the costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure You optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency You cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes You manage the contract negotiation and global contact with stakeholders You perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking The IT compliance management, with the key objectives to comply with the local and Group Procedures frameworks, manage the relationship with external or Group auditors and supervise the action plans or recommendations for remediationThe IT portfolio and IT capacity management, with the key objectives to ensure the IT activities are prioritized according to the IT capacity, IT budget and commitments to the businessTo do this :
You lead the definition and rollout or our IT portfolio, programme and project management standards and tools, working collaboratively with Group, Project Managers et PMO Office.
This will include identifying and rolling out training, developing teams and embedding the new delivery culture You support activities to organize and run the monthly portfolio governance and investment board and other governance activities by providing recommendations, briefing and management information reports on the portfolio and collating inputs from the various stakeholders You follow up with individuals to ensure understanding of the processes Steering IT Strategy (reporting strategic KPI, Update yearly IT Strategy) IT Governance Steering (Committees / Minutes / Actions follow up)Communication :
Keep abreast of key communications within the BNP Paribas PF Benelux Be aware of the various BNP Paribas Personal Finance Benelux Forums and take an active part as necessary, in particular taking initiative to support other functions through the business, as well as selling the IT Team Raise awareness of the team and promote and proactive, professional and positive image.

You have a master's degree and have at least 6 years of experience You demonstrate excellent management skills to engage staff working within various departments and sites towards achieving common goal You have good communication and collaboration skills with your colleagues, team members and stakeholders You have an acute perception of the means and methods You have an analytical mind and understand the issues.
You are experience in the management of a team (can be a small team) You have analytical skills You think ‘customer’ and ensure focuses on delivering excellent results.
