?The GraduateDevelopmentProgram in Manufacturing and Engineering is a 2-year rotational program consisting of 3 rotations of 8 months across departments within Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or HSE.
Through this program, you will be exposed to different departments and gain practical, hands-on experience that will allow you to build a strong foundation to pursue a career in a production and manufacturing environment while expanding your understanding of a global business.You will gain knowledge and develop skills in a dynamic, multifaceted setting where you will navigate short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives.
