We are currently looking for a GlobalTrainingManager.
Part of the International Commercial team, you will report to the Head of Retail Experience & Training.
You will support the retail network by creating new trainings and tools guaranteeing a seamless client experience.
In close collaboration with HQ and regional teams, the TrainingManager is responsible to improve Retail teams knowledge and ensure the overall client experience.
You will work closely with HQ stakeholders:
Client & CRM, Retail Operations, Retail Experience, Product, Merchandising & Communications and guarantee a smooth collaboration with each region.
You will develop the GlobalTraining Program for the local regional teams, in full consideration of the Maison’s strategy, commercial targets, product launches and local cultural specificities.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:

You are responsible for creating, developping and supporting the global roll-out of the company's training strategy Definition of the globaltraining path for:
New comers in stores, All Retail staff in stores, New comers at HQ and in the regions Develop the selling technics trainings :
Selling Ceremony, Client Experience/Journey… Develop product training content:
Leather, Know-How and seasonal Collection products Develop together with HR teams different modules for personal development trainings Implementation of a Masterclass videos toolboxes:
short videos to improve selling guidelines Proposition of new ideas to ensure effective training tools Definition of global KPI and objectives:
Monitoring how effective learning has been transferred to employees Design, develop, and deliver local learning solutions and experiential workshops to improve the overall client experience Follow up of Mystery shopping project for all the boutiques Development of a new cultural training to help Retail teams to interact better with our clients Provide support to the conception and/or animation of key transversal projects in coordination with related teams (such as Marketing, Retail Operations, CRM, VM, Client Care, HR) PROFILE :
5 years’ experience as a training in a retail environment Passionate by the luxury industry Proven experience to work in an international environment and capable to sense cultural differences Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent English and French Proficient in MS Office (Word and Powerpoint) Delvaux BrusselsBrussels
