As a Group Facilitator, you will be delivering MindGym magic (based on robust behavioural science research of course!) to our diverse client base and catalyse behaviour change, at all levels in the organisation, through our unique range of live and digital experiences.

delivering a seamless experienceAbout youYou must be very experienced with facilitating at all levels of seniority within a corporate organisational setting.Facilitating Senior Leadership groups is a strong advantage.You can be a freelancer or a contractor.Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading sessions for small and large groups, both virtually and in person.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, captivate and motivate your audiences quickly.A background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural scienceEnjoy delivering dynamically and enthusiastically, helping people use their brains differently to get more out of their work and personal lives.All applications are reviewed and prioritised based on our client and regional demands.
