The manager will also work in an agile manner across the GlobalClientService team to support the various sub-teams in driving programs for the business, including Global Managed Services, the G360 account portfolio and Technology.
The individual will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to raise awareness and drive internal activation for priority initiatives.
The manager will play a key role in the development of communications plans and engaging content, while managing the end-to-end production of internal channels, including videos, webcasts, newsletters, intranet, SharePoint and Discover sites etc.
About GlobalClientService Led by the GMP – ClientService, GlobalClientService spans a number of business dimensions including Areas, Service Lines, Global Markets, and Technology and Transformation.
For purposes of this role, the coverage is focused on communications and engagement activities for the GMP – CS, Global Managed Services, G360 account portfolio, and Technology and Transformation.
Teaming and collaboration with peers across Areas, Service Lines and Global Markets is critical to enable the execution of the broader clientservice agenda in alignment to NextWave.
Key responsibilities Work closely with the GlobalClientService CE Leader to support the execution of communications and engagement activities for the GMP – ClientService Manage and coordinate interactions with creative design agencies, ensuring the delivery of world-class communications assets and materials Be the interface with business stakeholders in the sourcing and preparation of strategic content creation, with laser focused attention to detail As a member of the GlobalClientService team, you will be agile and work collaboratively with peers to plan and deliver both specific business initiatives and team-wide programs including the annual Live event Facilitate/create impactful communications leveraging a broad channel mix (as appropriate) including newsletters, webcasts, videos, intranet, SharePoint, Discover, Yammer and Microsoft Teams Work closely with the peers across the global CE community to align, integrate and activate programs to drive increased engagement around key business priorities across relevant audiences Establish relationships and collaborate with BMC colleagues from across Global, Area, Markets, Service Lines and Sectors to understand the internal channels, initiatives and programs taking place across the global organization.
Skills and attributes for success Excellent communication, stakeholder and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence across multiple stakeholders.
Good knowledge of EY’s global business, NextWave global strategy and the technology solutions and capabilities that drive transformational change for our clients and for EY.
Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages and laser focused attention to detail.
Strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
Ability to work in a high-paced and agile environment.
To qualify for the role you must have Excellent communication skills, including written, presentation, interpersonal, and project management experience.
Demonstrate creative and independent thinking to develop strategy and execution of plans.
High level of influencing and networking skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects.
Ability to present ideas and challenge views/perspectives while securing buy-in.
Minimum of 5+ years of internal communications experience in a global professional services environment or similar industry.
