) Manage the demand coming from the different regions, facilitate the setting of priorities and manage the part of the roadmap for People & Workplace automation, reporting and digitalisationManage the program on People & Workplace automation containing multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix and international organizational structureManage the communication towards different stakeholders involved in the People & Workplace automation roadmapSupport the business owners of People & Workplace in the successful implementation of automation, reporting and digital transformation projectsManage the relationship with the vendor(s) providing solutions in the domain of responsibilityManage the relationship with the implementation partners providing services in the domain of responsibility Your profileUniversity degree in economics, business administration or information technologyThorough functional and technical understanding of and experience with the automation and digitisation of HR & workplace systemsAbility to work effectively in an international and multicultural environmentAbility to achieve results through project, process and network driven organizational setupsExpected skills & expertiseHave outstanding program & project management experience including agile ways of working, stakeholder management and change management skillsExcellence business analysis skills and expertise:
