Your role?You are responsible to guide and support the GDC Tribes in increasing efficiency and overall maturity, including:
Driving continuous improvement at squad and organization level Responsible for coordination in a complex environment Responsible for sharing and promoting good practices within the organization Assist in bringing structural and cultural changes in the organization (typically spanning across multiple organizational units) using the change management framework (ADKAR) To be successful, you will have to:
Act as point of contact between different Tribes and Divisions within the IT, company and relevant third parties Define and rolling out a set of processes required for the consistent operating of the division Support of the GDC transformation roadmap Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these Coordinate raised risk, impediments and change control processes for assigned projects, assist on building action plan to mitigate risks/tackle issues and track action items Implement any changes sensitively and in collaboration with the GDC Tribes Build a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organisation and present any findings Your profile? Good understanding of Euroclear business and technical roles Expert and experience on managing delivery in an Agile organisation Strong leadership skills to adapt your style according to the situation and to the different collaborators (situational leadership + team empowerment) Superb communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management Ability to learn quickly in a sophisticated environment and to synthesize the situation A strong execution approach with the capability to modelize Assertiveness to drive tasks to completion Strong risk management ability and approach Strong facilitation & interpersonal skills Great teammate Proficient in English #LI-ME1 Euroclear
