Your role in our team• Drawing up functional and non-functional requirements based on detailed business requirements;• Translate functional requirements into a functional design using standard modeling methods such as business process modelling, use cases, activity diagrams and user interface descriptions;• Finding your way in the existing data model and modeling new data requirements;• The punctual delivery of deliverables according to schedule, using the organization's templates and tools and validated by the identified Business and IT stakeholders;• Interaction with developers to align the implemented solution with the functional design;• Prepare acceptance of test scenarios to ensure that the delivered software is in line with the functional design;• Communicate effectively and efficiently with both business and IT departments;• Estimate the impact on the existing applications.
How you strengthen our team• You have 3 - 4 years of demonstrable experience as a FunctionalAnalyst;• You have experience with modeling methods such as BPM, UML, wireframes, RUP, user stories, use cases and in 1 or more modeling tools (including EA, Aris, Visio, Bizagi);• You have a first experience in working in structured projects and with SQL;• You have experience with documenting interfaces (SOAP/REST);• You are customer-oriented and flexible;• You use an analytical approach to achieve results;• You produce high-quality deliverables;• You deal effectively with changing and sometimes stressful environments;• You are able to set priorities and meet deadlines;• You have good presentation and communication skills;• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English;• You facilitate workshops that lead to results;• You are a good team player but can also work autonomously;• You are a good listener and communicate clearly with teams from different departments;• You effectively extract relevant information that is present in the organization;• Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies is a plus (ISTQB, HP Quality Center, JIRA, …).• Previous experience in the Financial sector is considered as a big plus• Be resident in Belgium with a valid work permit are mandatory .Why CGI?
