Handle post-implementation care and make necessary adjustments.Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring a structured approach throughout different project phases.Monitor project quality, timing, and budget meticulously through a comprehensive project plan.Implement projects across various branches in consultation with management, IT colleagues, and key users.Identify and address any bottlenecks that may arise.Support the second-line support team by addressing all functional queries from end users regarding the operation and use of new features and optimizations.Report to the Application Manager.
Vereisten A higher education degree combined with relevant experience in project management of IT implementations, preferably CRM systems.Proven experience leading projects in collaboration with Sales & Finance.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to set up new projects while balancing various user expectations and capabilities.Flexibility to realistically assess priorities and determine what is genuinely urgent and/or important.A pragmatic attitude with a passion for thriving in a dynamic and growing business environment.Fluent in Dutch and English.
