Your Role:
Requirements Gathering:
Assemble and analyze requirement maturity, involving test teams to prepare scenarios.Risk Analysis:
Assess and anticipate potential risks encountered during test execution.Functional Analysis:
Perform functional analysis of information systems and develop functional designs following the prestudy.Change Support:
Aid in the transition of developments into production, recommending and implementing system enhancements.Specification Development:
Create new program requirements and specifications to meet unique customer needs.System Support:
Assist with system upgrades and resolve issues with current systems.Service Request Analysis:
Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project timelines.
Profil A Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science, or an equivalent professional experience.Over 5 years of proven experience in business analysis within the banking and insurance industry.Proficiency in agile methodologies, analytical thinking, collaboration, data-driven decision making, IT security, and software development.Technical proficiency with tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow is highly regarded.Trilingual, with strong command in Dutch and English.
