What will you be doing as a FreightInvoicing Coordinator? Communicating with truck carriers to review shipment costs before invoicing and following up as needed.
Inform truck carriers on the freight self-billing process and monitoring their invoicing.
Taking the initiative to continuously enhance and optimize existing processes .
Identifying and developing opportunities to expand our range of services.
Functie-eisen As a FreightInvoicing Coordinator, we're looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree .
Interest in transportation and supply chain management .
Fluent in spoken and written English ; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
Over 2 years of experience in a coordinating role.
Eager to learn and a curious mindset.
Strong team player.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities .
