We are looking for a experienced businessconsultant (or functional consultant) to join our team and work within different project.
Within the projects you will work on retrieving the needs and requirements of our clients, in regards to the use of the M365 platform and the clients' employee experience .
Because of your technical affinity with the M365 product stack, you can easily manage conversations, workshops and discussions with clients in regards to be best fitting solution for their questions or problems.
In short it is going to be your responsibility to figure out the so-called ' question behind the question '; have we really thought of everything? Are all work-related processes covered in the offered solution within the M365 platform and are we not overlooking something? Are there things that the client himself thought were not useful insights, but is actually important info you really need in order for your colleagues to build the best possible solution ? You are in the lead to retrieve all the answers and make sure that everybody, internally and externally, is up to date in regards to the latest updates.
Project related tasks:
Discuss, configure & document the required information architecture (for example content types, metadata, roles and permissions).
Align with other team members in case of dependencies (for example security & compliance requirements, user adoption activities).
Act as an accountable team player whom the other team members can trust & rely on (example scope monitoring, offer out-of-the-box solutions by default).
Timely escalate towards your project manager when needed (for example scope creep, budget risk, resource issues).
Suggest improvements when suitable within the context of your project responsibilities .
Challenge the customer to come with problems i.o.
solutions.
General/internal tasks:
Ad-hoc involvement in pre-project activities to help build a valuable proposal to win a new project.
Self-organized to keep up with the latest product developments and feature updates for future projects (for example Microsoft certifications, Microsoft roadmap, webinars, blogposts, conferences).
Easily share knowledge or act as a go-to person within your Microsoft team.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
You have experience with SharePoint configurations like tags and content types.
Experience with intranet accelerators like Powell and Valo is a plus.
You are a strong communicator and have a great attention to detail .
You have an analytical and creative mind.
You are customer-oriented and love to lead workshops.
You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently.
You like to work in a team and share knowledge for the best result.
