After discussing your evaluation with colleague assessors (cfr calibration meeting), you are responsible for writing your assessment center report, including a final conclusion and recommendations on each individual candidate.
Profile You have min 12 years of professional experience in general.
You have min 8 years of experience in to mapping leadership potential of individuals at executive level.You have a methodological background in different selection techniques, preferably in the assessment center technique or extensive experience in management & leadership development.You are fluent in English speaking and writing (min C1 level).
