The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of our solid formulations to enhance the shelf life, viability, and efficacy of microbial products intended for agricultural applications.ProfileYou hold a master's in bioscience engineering, agriculture, microbiology, biotechnology, or related field.
Proven experience in microbial formulation development, preferably in an agricultural or biotech setting.
Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and formulation chemistry Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to assess formulation performance.
Ability to troubleshoot and innovate solutions to overcome formulation challenges.
