Job Description What you will do You are responsible for region of East Flanders / Antwerp (Oost-Vlaanderen / Antwerpen) for the contact with workers coming from abroad and you are their Integration Coach in the next period regarding Support for their accommodation, administrative steps such as the subscription at the city hall, health insurance etc.
You will be in contact with the workers before their arrival in Belgium.
You will their guide from the beginning by preparing their arrival with a clear and detailed presentation of their future life in Belgium and how Accent could help them in their first steps.
Once arrived, you are the person who welcomes them and take care of their Support for the next period… You will be responsible for a portfolio of ~70 persons in their integration period.
