To this end, you are in contact with users of these vehicles, leasing companies, insurance companies, equipment suppliers, dealers and garages; Taking into account the vehicles' lifespan, you start the ordering process in good time.
You request quotations from the various leasing companies, make the necessary price comparisons, place the orders and follow them through to delivery.
You ensure that vehicles are returned correctly at the end of the leasing contract; You monitor current leasing contracts and optimize them on the basis of actual vehicle use; You are responsible for the internal and external equipment of service vehicles.
To this end, you manage specifications, place the necessary orders and monitor vehicle modifications; You periodically prepare the necessary reports on fuel consumption, budgets and planning, among other things; You are responsible for processing and following up all necessary administrative actions (including periodic technical inspections, processing fines, mileage taxes, fuel cards and replacement cars).
Profile You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience; Ideally, you have initial experience in fleet management and/or vehicle fitting; You have excellent numerical skills and a good knowledge of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint); You have a good knowledge of French and Dutch.
