Patient modelLead together with the Franchise Lead, the patient model updates during budget cyclesPrepare the different forecast models and consolidation files by brand and onco total by looking at different parameters (volumes, SKU’s, Gross and Net sales)Ensure actual reconciliation in the models by adjusting key KPI’s based on gained market insightsLead Price-Volume variance analysisBenchmark KPI’s with other countries and global guidanceMarket InsightMonitor monthly brand performance through strategic data analysis, dashboard and automation of data processingAnalyse competitor data (KPIs, sales, etc.) and provide monthly update to Onco Leadership Team (OLT) / Brand teamsPerformanceMonitor monthly brand performance through actual sales analysis in close collaboration with the Sales Managers at national and regional levelMonitor Key Account and territory performance and support the business with analytical insight to identify action plans to improve performanceAnalyse stock trends and order patterns to drive better understanding of monthly sales Market Access caseSupport development of business cases / P&Ls for Market Access through the different approval steps in order to gain approval for reimbursementDrive actual monitoring and understand impact of sales on market access key assumptions of existing contractsSupport declarations of reimbursement contracts from financial point of viewAlliance forecast managementCo-drive the Alliance Forecast Exercises (AF) for alliances within Oncology together with Franchise Leads and local alliance partners:
preparing patient models update, system upload, variance analysisMonitor monthly actual performance and lead quarterly actual updates towards the region Ad hoc analysisSupport any ad hoc analysis for Oncology teams – eg.

Strong and senior working experience as a FinancialAnalyst or Business Insights Manager ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Master’s degree in Finance or Economics - a mustProficient EnglishProficient French and/or Dutch - encouragedWe offerWe balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility.
