You work closely with colleagues from other departments (underwriting, claims management, budget management) and support colleagues within your own team where necessary.

Profile You have a bachelor's degree or have a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
Did you previously work in banking or insurance? Then that is a big plus! You speak and write Dutch fluently.
Additional language skills are an asset, but not a must.
You are eager to learn and enjoy learning more about insurance products.
You will be supported in this with on-the-job training.
You are diplomatic and adapt your communication to the customer.
