Description You prepare letters of agreement for professional and mortgage loans in line with the credit decision and ensure that all requested guarantees and conditions are included in them You ensure, together with the client's notary, the complete preparation of the credit deeds and make payments in a timely manner.
You are responsible for establishing all types of guarantees (mortgage, mandate, commercial registration, surety, etc.) and ensuring that they are correctly recorded in our GARWEB system You follow up each of your files from A to Z:
from drafting the letter of agreement to the first availability of the credit so that our internal account can be reconciled quickly and correctly You maintain a close contact with the commercial network and notary offices to ensure a smooth, correct and qualitative processing of credit requests You will share your experience and ideas so that we can work together to improve credit processes and procedures in order to optimize the efficiency of service to internal and external customers.
Profile You have at least a bachelor degree in an economic, financial or administrative direction; You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (also written), and preferably also with a good knowledge of French; Experience in Credit or Sales is a plus; You are very accurate and strong in follow-up; You are punctual in complying with procedures and are well organized; You are results-oriented; You are a team-player but can also work independently; You can quickly adapt your priorities to handle an urgent case; You are dynamic with a sense of initiative.
