In order to optimally support these activities, we are looking for a Facility & ProjectManager.
You will manage our footprint in Belgium and lead/coordinate various projects & a way of hosting all our headquarters in a Hybrid way of working.
You will report to the Global Real Estate Director, while working closely with relevant stakeholders across departments.
Your Impact as a Facility and ProjectManager:
Lead the local facility team.
Organize Facility Condition Assessments and ensure that the office accommodation is problem-free and safe.
Manage Renovations and Refurbishments, supervising staff, and external contractors.
Follow up of cost and strive to minimize costs / budgeting / capex.
Assist the Global Real Estate Director in real estate projects on a global level.
Involved in managing the overview of the global real estate portfolio.
Planning and execution of real estate projects - establish the project plan (drafting, implementation, follow-up).
Participate and/or lead workgroups with to create an innovative and exciting workplace.
Contribute, in close collaboration with the different stakeholders, to a shared vision for the overall footprint in Belgium as a strategic enabler to combine Headquarters, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Sustainability and Customer Experience.
Communication to all levels.
About You Essential skills & competencies Engineer construction (industrial building, labs, offices, …) with experience/interest in sustainability or equivalent through experience.
Experience in similar projects is an asset and demonstrated excellent project management skills.
Result oriented, pragmatic and go-getter.
Strong communication and language skills.
Experience with CAD and technical drawing programs is a plus.
