Tactical and strategic analysis of all processes to be implemented in facilities operations.Monitor and implement HQSE (Health, Quality, Security & Environment) + Security standards (security cameras, access badges, etc.).Provide support to facility coordinators.Develop dashboards and reports based on data.Manage new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.Communicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.
Ideal profile English/French or English/Dutch and knowledge of the third language is a strong asset.Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security and FMIS standards.
Knowledge of Axxerion software is a plus.At least 6 years’ experience in technical management.Engineering degree or equivalent would be an asset.Valid driver’s license.Tactical and strategic thinking, ability to find solutions.
