You support the DevOps engineers in our operations team with problems in the use of our latest software at the interface to technical support You process tickets with the aim of identifying and eliminating situations that prevent operations at an early stage You are in close coordination with the technical 2nd level support and ensure smooth communication You classify incoming customer concerns and, where possible, provide immediate independent solutions and/or create meaningful documentation You prepare more complex issues in independent analysis and in cooperation with the team until they are ready for a solution You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency (e.g.

You have completed vocational training, ideally in an IT or administrative environment, e.g.
as an IT specialist in system integration, information technology assistant or a comparable qualification You love finding solutions to technical problems for your customers and communicating them to them in a clear and approachable way - by phone and in writing in fluent German You are comfortable working with various database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and have no problems writing SQL queries yourself Ideally, you have some experience with DMS systems and/or in technical support You are experienced in dealing with technical developer documentation You share your know-how in the team just as committed and naturally as you absorb new knowledge from your colleagues and other specialists This is how you might think..
