The Role As a FabricationCoordinator you will be a responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a prefab hall managing production orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products.
Planning and organizing the daily production activities within your team to ensure an efficient workflow.
Ensuring good communication and cooperation between the different teams and departments (Customer care, external suppliers) within the prefab hall.
Drawing up and following up production schedules, taking deadlines and customer requirements into account.
Manage the stock of raw materials and materials and ensure that they are replenished in a timely manner.
Monitor quality and ensure that products meet the set standards and specifications.
Reporting production data, performance and any deviations to the production director.
About You You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience You have an eye for quality, safety and efficiency.
Experience with the ERP system is considered a plus You have good organizational and planning skills.
Willing and able to travel within Belgium as required.
