The required profile for the FP&AAnalyst position:
3-5 years of experience in similar roles; Fluency in English is essential if English is not a first language; Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; A good working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Planning, Oracle and associated applications would be an advantage; Be able manage and prioritize their own workload; Be able to travel a couple of days per quarter; Possess excellent organizational ability; Work in a global international matrix structure across & develop excellent working relationships across the entire organization; Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives; Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results; Establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
