Key Responsibilities:
Devise and implement an innovative F&B vision aligned with the Hotel brand.
Oversee all aspects of the F&B operation, providing effective direction and leadership.
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to contribute to the overall direction and growth of the F&B Operations.
Manage and coordinate F&B operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements.
Take responsibility for quality standards and the overall guest experience.
Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse, multi-cultural team.
Focus on staff recruitment, development, training, and welfare.
Collaborate with Heads of Departments to drive excellence in service.
Constantly seek opportunities to enhance quality and revenue.
Create unique and well-aligned strategies for multiple F&B outlets.
Profil Proven executive-level F&B experience in a luxury hotel setting.
Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch Track record in quality-driven initiatives and team development.
Strategic thinker with effective negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
Exceptional customer care skills and attention to detail.
Confidence and professionalism in dealing with high-profile clients.
