we care about the well-being of our employees.The assignment of the Head of well-being bpost group consists of drawing up, developing and implementing a well-being strategy that is as concrete as possible.Your mission· Be part of the engage & care department as part of the HR organization, work in close collaboration with and report to the engage & care director·Interact frequently with the CHRO and other EXCO members to direct and adjust the well-being strategy ·Interact with all levels of our bpost group organization to thoroughly understand the needs on well-being ;·translating the latest academic insights in the field of well-being into pragmatic actions, always to increase employee well-being·Develop strategies and a well-being roadmap for BU Belgium that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the business and include global benchmarking, trend analysis and design metrics to ensure a data-driven approach;· Work out concrete lagging and leading indicators to monitor the progress of the program and bring them together in a dashboard;· Shape well-being initiatives in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure close alignment and support in delivery across the organization;·Analyze employee data to generate insights on well-being and identify opportunities to improve well-being for BU Belgium.Use data to inform strategy, drive design, and track and measure impact of programs;·Create and implement plans to promote well-being within bpostgroup by enlisting and amplifying the voice of employees and all other relevant stakeholders;·Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the bpostgroup and the broader professional community to learn and implement best practices and to collect relevant benchmark data;·Communicate effectively and confidently to employees and senior stakeholders across multiple formats including; presentations, internal social media and online channels;·Lead by example, promoting and embodying a working environment that showcases our well-being culture.Your profile·able to work at a strategic level without losing sight of the operational elaboration of actions·You combine strong project management skills with partnership and influencing skills.·More particularly, the candidate should successfully demonstrate following experience & competences:

·Passion for promoting well-being in a global organization;· 8+ years of work experience in global well-being initiatives and programs;· Having experience with a large organisation with a national footprint is a plus;·Knowledge of well-being at work legislation (Codex WOW);·Good knowledge of absenteeism processes and be familiar with implementing measures to control it;·Expertise in employee engagement and related concepts.

Experience in conducting engagement surveys is a definite plus;·Good knowledge of social law and be able to translate it to the specific bpost groups:

statutory employees and (non-)baremic contract employees;·Program Management skills to be able to translate the well-being objective into a concrete program with various project lines.

Be able to concretise, take ownership and guarantee the agreed timing.

Working with short, medium and long-term objectives;·Strong internal networking skills to gather the various stakeholders in the company around this objective.

Be able to inspire, and challenge in a connecting way.
