Ensure appropriate tax due diligence, structuring and implementation support and advice is provided for European acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations across all taxes.
Liaison with European finance teams and business managers on the tax implications, risks and opportunities associated with operational decisions across all taxes Monitor international legislative developments across all taxes and consider and communicate the implications of them for the organization.
Involvement in local tax authority audits and enquiries including liaison with local management, local tax advisors, local tax authority and Group tax.
Co-ordination with Group tax in relation to material tax matters and implementation of the Group Tax Strategy.
