Job DescriptionJe maakt deel uit van het HR-team.
Je werkt nauw samen met het huidige People Administration team (Jan, Geert en Titia), met de 3 HRBP's (Laura, Sabrina en Inge) en met onze HR Director (Sophie).
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Director People Administration, Compensation and Benefits (Jan).
Je zal ook nauw samenwerken met de collega's van de financiele afdeling.Wat zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden?Je bent, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat, verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, het beheren en verwerken van de volledige loonadministratie.
Je zorgt voor een tijdige en juiste betaling van zowel de maandlonen als van jaarlijkse betalingen zoals vakantiegeld, eco-cheques, eindejaarspremie en bonussen.
Dit conform de wetgeving en interne procedures.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de berekening van de vakantierechten en het vakantiegeld.
Je implementeert de jaarlijkse kalenders en verwerkt alle aspecten rond vakantie (wettelijke vakantieregelingen, arbeidsduurvermindering, eindejaarsactiviteiten omtrent vakantie).Je zorgt dat alle payroll & benefit aspecten van personeelsdossiers in orde zijn, van opstart tot uitdienst.
Je bereidt de payroll aspecten voor voor onboarding en offboardingJe maakt op vraag salarissimulatiesJe verzorgt de praktische coördinatie van de extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatieverzekering, groepsverzekering, ..
.
).Je ondersteunt onze HR BP voor algemene vragen rond verloning, benefits en sociale wetgeving.
Alle medewerkers kunnen eventueel ook rechtstreeks bij jou terecht voor deze vragen.
Je werkt sterk samen met het HR team en bent bereikbaar voor alle medewerkers.Je maakt op vraag HR rapportenJe blijft up-to-date rond de loontechnische en sociaal-jurische payroll aspecten.
Je licht het HR team tijdig in over toekomstige wijzigingen in deze domeinen.Je werkt mee aan verschillende HR-projecten in je domein (implementatie nieuwe voordelen, opstellen specifieke informatie dossiers, implementatie nieuwe tools..
.
)Samen met je collega’s werk je aan optimaal geïntegreerde HR-systemen die de activiteiten ondersteunen (interne en externe systemen)Je neemt initiatief met het oog op continue verbeteringQualificationsJe hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in payroll.
Kennis van SD Worx E-Blox is een grote troef.Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en autonoom.
Correcte en tijdige betalingen van lonen zijn voor jou een must.Gezien je adviserende rol, vind je het belangrijk om op de hoogte te zijn van de sociaaljuridische actualiteitJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.
Dat uit zich onder andere in je excel-skills en in het vlot interpreteren van data.
Je werkt graag met cijfers maar helpt ook graag mensen.Je hecht belang aan duidelijke en respectvolle communicatie.
