Requirements Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in IT; Extensive experience with enterprisearchitecture best practices, goals and Domain Driven designs; Extensive experience with Java Enterprise technologies, Microservices Architecture, Kafka infrastructures and Drools integration; Good knowledge of financial operational / administrative business processes; Knowledge of enterprisearchitecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework; Knowledge of enterprisearchitecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN; Knowledge of enterprisearchitecture tools such as ARIS; Certification in each of the following areas is mandatory:
Project Management (PM², PRINCE2®, PMI or equivalent) , Program Management (PM²-PgM, PMI-PgMP, MSP Practitioner or equivalent) and Agile Frameworks & Methodologies (PM²-Agile, SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, PRINCE2 Agile® or equivalent); Excellent command of the English language.
