My steep learning curve motivates me and keeps me here - Nick Rys, Product Manager Yourresponsibilities Develop and implement the CSRD sustainability framework and practices with Fluxys Management directly in line with the business' strategies and objectives, and compliance with legal obligationsInteract with key internal stakeholder to ensure a consistent approach and aligned vision across the company (e.g.
Finance, Procurement, Environment, Technical teams, HR, etc.)Lead a multi-pronged strategy for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and update it as necessaryDrive the execution of the ESG strategy by working with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and report on a range of ESG metrics and objectivesWith the ESG data coordinator, develop internal and external ESG reporting and dashboards, and work with several functional areas to raise awareness and communicate the results of the programmeSupport external and internal communication to investors, stakeholders and employees on significant developments in the Company’s ESG performance and credentialsDevelop and execute an overall program/project management, operational, and change management strategy in relation to the company’s initiatives/processesAct as a thought leader in ESG; understanding the current and future challenges facing the industry, raising awareness of these issues among internal teams and external stakeholders, and prioritising themLead the ESG team and ensure the achievement of objectives through coaching, mentoring and talent development AboutyouAs a purpose driven company, we foster agility and open-mindedness.
