What do we expect from you You will lead a team of internal and external resources responsible security on existing ERP platforms:
* provide oversight to new projects/enhancements, lead execution within the Agile execution framework, and assess functional requirements, following Security guidelines and Compliance standard methodologies ensuring transparent role-based access controls and to partner with other teams within Technology Services, Business Technology, and business partners.
* ensure systems are compliant and audit ready as per security configuration standards and global compliance requirements.
* help to define Strategy around ERP User administration. You will design, build, and deploy authorizations to meet business security requirements.
We need you applying conceptual knowledge and technology to take on sophisticated business processes and procedural problems, resolving customer complaints/technical issues in collaboration with support team and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
You will Identify Risks and compliance issues by running segregation of duties checks and conduct remediations. Ensure that periodic reviews are driven, reviewed and any remediation carried out on time and within agreed timelines.
You will represent Technology Services during internal or external audits and coach J&J platform security leads in supporting audits.
What we're looking for We would love to hear from you if you have * a degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or a related field with strong knowledge * 8 years of experience in SAP ERP Security design and build skills combined with 3 years of experience in S4/HANA/Fiori based authorizations * knowledge of SAP GRC ruleset design and access risk remediation We would like you to work based upon Agile Methodology, to supervise multiple teams, with developers in both an onsite and offshore environment, and look after progress of tasks. Someone who's capable of good decision making based upon strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
