The project can be a tool selection, a first implementation, a roll-out, a major upgrade, an improvement project or even getting a failed implementation back on track.You are a pivotal figure between the system integrators and the customer's business:
you challenge and translate the customer's needs into implementation solutions.You coordinate all activities related to the project and are actively involved in all phases of the process:
the implementation itself, data migration, facilitating workshops, creating blueprints, testings, integration with existing systems, hypercare and training.You revise the operational and functional finance & controlling processes at the client and question them critically.
From there you work out the business requirements together with your client.
You give advice on the correct process flows and help decide what the customer needs and how it will be implemented in the new system.You manage and coach the project team:
you define the project goals and scope.
