Management Review and assist with the design of FSMS projects for facilities as needed.
Lead and participate in site meetings for FSMS implementation.
Work with engineering team for equipment installation or modification projects to ensure requirements are met during the lifetime of equipment.
Ensure proper and timely reporting of projects to Corporate EHS.
Initiate and assist in managing improvement plans (CAPA) with local teams.
Manage Suppliers of Safety Systems/consultants related to PSM/FSMS matters.
Process Safety Information Ensure local staff review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) for accuracy at least annually and maintain documentation.
Ensure each plant has the compliance-related information/documentation compiled as per PSM/RM standard requirements.
Teach, train, coach, and mentor site and maintenance team on FSMS.
Training Develop and promote a corporate FS training guideline for all relevant levels of organization, Incident Investigation Ensure each plant maintains the Incident Investigation log for each FS related incident Authority:
Reports in a direct line to the Corporate EHS Director for EMEAA.
