Analyzing monthly results, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting findings to management.
Overseeing project and cost control, profitability calculations, and ensuring timely billing and margin recognition.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supporting the preparation of annual financial accounts and the audit process.
Assisting the head of controlling in preparing monthly performance reports for the Executive Committee.
Evaluating investment requests and providing recommendations for CAPEX/OPEX approvals.
Advising the business on operational improvements to optimize performance.
Profiles Profile Required:
Master's degree in finance or economics.
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputable financial advisory firm.
Strong background in industrial controlling.
Proficiency in financial skills, including general accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
Adaptability, teamwork, and independence.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (macros, dynamic tables), and PowerPoint.
Ideally, familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
Ideally, knowledge of SAP.
Analytical and inquisitive mindset.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and proactive problem-solving ability.
