strategy:
define the business strategy for the division.
Apply and implement the Equans strategy by translating it into one division specific reality (regional/local level)commercial & business development:
stimulate and encourage the development of solutions, services & markets.
Steer the consultative sales process and lead key negotiationsbusiness supervision:
define, follow-up and achieve the commercial, servicing and development targets.
Supervise and adapt the agreed actions in order to achieve the divisional strategic planinteraction on customer and own claim managementprofitability optimization:
maximize business performance, drive growthoverlook staffing needs in function of project workload and productivityteam leadership:
lead, coordinate and ensure cohesion between the teams of all reporting departments (Line Management)cooperation in matrix management with Finance, IT, HR, Dispatching, Contract Management, Logistics,driving P&L:
set annual budget and reporting for the divisiondefining and delivering robust business plans, and deliver on promisesmanage and steer MT team division (operational and commercial) development of offering:
translate Equans' strategic plan into a customer strategic plan for own division, identify platform to push innovative and advanced solutions and manage Equans' services performance at client level (within division) manage resources:
optimize deployment and organization of operational teams towards (new) needs of the division, and the workloadbuild joint team and identity at the level of the division, raising employee morale and motivationmanage and steer competency centers to serve other divisions cooperation:
contribute to Equans' strategic plan and generate transversal synergyoptimize resource allocation at the level of the division safety:
