In partnership with the broader HR team, this individual will work with leaders to understand talent and development needs and enable the development of comprehensive talent strategies that advance enterprise business goals.
This individual will also be responsible for linking talentdevelopment to business performance, ensuring that solutions are culturally relevant, scalable globally, and advance people priorities.
They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and driving strategies that create more common approaches and talent planning outcomes across the functions.Key AccountabilitiesDeploy global frameworks, tools, and approaches to talent management and succession planning; coach and support HR Business Partners in deployment of these effortsDevelop a forward-looking talent strategy that aligns with enterprise strategies in close partnership with HR Business PartnersFacilitate performance calibration sessions and outcomes for senior teamsFacilitate the identification, development, and management of high-potential talent for CASC and FSMFacilitate team effectiveness sessions for the most senior teams using global frameworks and tools; coach and support HR Business Partners in deployment of these effortsAssist HR Business Partners and leaders in their analysis, debrief of, and action planning for engagement survey resultsSupport development of senior and critical talent through methods such as capability gap diagnoses (leveraging root cause analysis) and development planning completionSupport the operational execution of the Enterprise Talent & Development agendas as neededIn partnership with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to talent and developmentProvide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributorOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience8+ years in progressively complex Talent, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partner rolesFacilitation of executive leadership teamsExperience leading talent and succession discussions, building talent strategies and facilitating talent movementStrong stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 15 years of total work experienceMaster's degree or other post-secondary degreeHuman resources certificateEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
