Credit Card Marketing:
Proven experience in credit card marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and customer acquisition designed to drive high volume of applications. E-commerce Marketing:
Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce marketing, understanding the nuances of online customer behavior and effective digital conversion strategies.SmallBusinessMarketing:
Extensive experience in smallbusinessmarketing, including a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.Demand Generation:
Strong background in demand generation, including the ability to create and execute marketing programs that drive customer interest, engagement and increased pipeline. Marketing Pipeline Management:
Experience in managing marketing pipelines, from lead generation to conversion, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates and overall efficiency.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within smallbusinessmarketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.Strong understanding of employee benefits, payment solutions, and fleet management is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficient in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position.
Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package.
Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
