You will work closely with Excom and the CEO and support them on all major programmes (M&A, investments, strategic plans, ..

In this role, you will have a strong influence on the definition and execution of the strategy as you will act as an advisor to the CEO, the Executive Committee and the entire SD Worx leadership team.
You will be closely involved in the annual strategy process and preparation of long-term plans as well as strategy implementation.
As a genuine and authentic leader, you will initiate and drive change in the organisation and challenge the status quo.
You will inspire, motivate, coach and develop your team.
