Engagement with enterprise strategies to align with and support critical business objectivesEnsure compliance, standardization and lifecycle management of all workplace assets and servicesSupport key supplier relationships, service improvements and implement required changes to deliver operational excellenceStandardization and support of telecommunications operations and productsUse ServiceNow in accordance with Otis standard practicesMaintain the ServiceNow CMDBEngage with global resources and tools for architecture expertise and supportTimely resolution of incident and request tickets within the workplaceservices scopeInteract within a diverse and global team environment with cross team collaboration throughout the organizationCoherently describe technical issues and participate with remediation activitiesParticipate with project planning and managementRequirements for this role:
Have ITIL or equivalent certificationHave a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldPossess technical background and relevant experienceKnowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies and product expertise, including O365, Exchange and TeamsSpeak EnglishWhat the regional DT - Team can offer:
