TaDa is set to revolutionize how bars engage with their customers, and we are now seeking a dedicated intern to support our dynamic team.Key responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and CRM Strategy:
- Creatingengaging content to sharewithourcustomers. - Assisting in the development and execution of CRMstrategies. - Analyzing customer data to identify insights and opportunities for engagement and retention.
Customer Experience and Market Insights:
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, conducting market insights to continuously enhance TaDa. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on customer input and market trends. - Collaboratingcloselywithfield team to gather feedback on Tada’s performance. Marketing Materials and Strategy:
- Collaborating with brand teams to design and create marketing materials to promoteourproduct and promotions. - Developing digital assets customers can use to promoteTaDa in their venue.Job requirements:
