Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital & PrintProduction Manager to develop budgets for a variety of design projects.Manage rights assignments for designers, illustrators, and other contributors.Provide support for the production of multilingual design projects.Efficiently utilize financial and resource management tools.Assist in language versioning and execute quality controls.Prepare briefings, coordinate tasks with designers, and ensure effective planning.Maintain open communication with suppliers to streamline project execution.Requirements:
Possess a university degree or equivalent qualification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with Adobe Pro CC Creative Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Working knowledge of social media channels and printing processes.Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.Genuine passion for design production and a willingness to learn.Fluency in English and a good knowledge of French is a plusPersonal Qualities:
